Frequently asked questions

Every Grounded by Grace coffee is freshly prepared and roasted to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, U.S. delivery generally takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier. During holidays and periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Our fulfillment partner currently uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the order and destination.

Yes. Grounded by Grace offers free standard shipping on U.S. coffee orders. No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Because coffee is a perishable food product and is roasted and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. Please do not mail coffee back to us.

However, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or with another fulfillment issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and make it right when appropriate.

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. If an error occurred during fulfillment—such as receiving the wrong coffee, grind, or label—we’ll work to have the correct product sent to you.

Please contact us and include your order number, tracking information and, for damaged orders, photos of the package and product. We’ll review the situation and work with our fulfillment/shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

For packages marked Delivered but not received, customers should first check around the delivery location, with neighbors or household members, and contact the carrier. We recommend allowing 24 hours because carriers sometimes scan packages before actual delivery.

Because our coffee is roasted and prepared specifically for each order, orders enter fulfillment quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.

International shipping may be available to select destinations through our fulfillment partner. However, international orders may take longer to arrive and may involve higher shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees. These additional charges may be the responsibility of the customer, and international shipping is not guaranteed for every destination.

Our coffee is roasted to order rather than sitting pre-roasted in a warehouse. Each order is prepared through our specialty roasting and fulfillment partner before being shipped directly to you
